Congrats to the Lake Lynn Grand Slams Now 2014 14 under City of Raleigh Champions
Seasonally Lake Lynn teams trained hard not just winning matches but they practiced winning points and even more importantly not giving up points. Lake Lynn Grand Slams 14 U finished in first place winning 88% of their Matches, 67% games won and 72% of sets won. Lake Lynn Aces 12U team finished in first place winning 57% of their matches a 59% games won and a set ratio of 62%. Lake Lynn Mighty Slams 10U team finished in Second place for the season winning 71% of their matches, had 63% game Win ratio and a 66% set win ratio. A great job done by all. All of the players improved while working with Boomer. Some players learned how to give up fewer points. Others learned new tactics to win points. One player remains undefeated 3 seasons straight during league matches. Some won more games than in previous seasons. All this has come from hard work and sacrifice.
These are the reasons everyone on the Lake Lynn Grand Slams has won the Raleigh city Season and Tournament and I am proud of all for their contributions. We can still win States, but we really have to become a team and lift each other so that we all can be our best.

Akul Narang – Age 14 #3 Contributed 7 wins 0 losses and 2 of those wins were playing doubles. 6 seasons with the team. USTA 81% wins 14U Undefeated this season.
Rahul Subramanian – Age 12 #5 Contributed 10 wins6 singles and 4 doubles and all doubles were with 4 different partners. 6 Seasons with the team. USTA 50% wins 12 U Undefeated 3 season.
Shriya Haravu – Age 13 #12 Contributed 2 wins, 4 losses playing all doubles. In addition, being the 1st Girl required for the team to go to states. 2 seasons with the team. USTA %0 wins
Grant Albury – Age 14 #6 Contributed 5 wins singles 2 losses, only losses in doubles with Tali and Juan. 2 seasons with the team. USTA 53% wins 14U Undefeated in Singles this season.
Juan Cabanillas Jr – Age 14 #10 Contributed 2 wins 4 losses. 18 wins, 24 losses games. 2 seasons with the team. USTA 0% wins Not going!
Sebastian Cabanillas – Age 12 #11 Played in 4 matches with 4 losses. 2 seasons with the team. USTA 0% wins Not going!
Melody Zhang – Age 12 #2 Contributed 8 wins, 5 singles 3 doubles. 42 wins – 10 lost games, 1 season with the team, 2nd Girl required for the team to go to states. USTA %68 wins 12 U Undefeated this season.
Chandler Jones – Age 14 #7 Contributed 4 wins, 3 singles and 1 doubles. 1 season with the team. Undefeated this season.
